We serve B2B companies in Brazil and the United States across four practices: AI & LLM engineering (agents, RAG, MCP), software architecture, legacy modernization and custom software (e-commerce, ERP, POS, CRM).
Andreus Timm is the founder of Master Timm and an AI Software Architect with 20+ years of software engineering. He has worked on projects for The Hackett Group, Quilt Software, MPC, Regal Rexnord, SciPlay, ADT Solar and Red Ventures/Bankrate. He holds a postgraduate degree in AI & Machine Learning (PUC Minas, 2025) and is a core member of the NFePHP open source project.
Yes: we have worked with US companies under B2B contracts since 2021, fully remote. Andreus Timm speaks fluent English (C2), the São Paulo time zone (UTC-3) overlaps US business hours and contracts can be signed in BRL or USD.
We work in three models: a monthly retainer as a fractional AI architect, a fixed-scope project or hourly advisory. Every proposal follows a 1–2 week discovery that defines scope, risks and estimate. We do not publish prices: each proposal is sized to the problem, and the contract can be in BRL or USD.
It depends on scope, but typical timelines are: discovery in 1–2 weeks, proof of concept in 2–4 weeks and production in 6–12 weeks. The biggest factors are the integrations required and the quality of the available data. We deliver in short cycles with frequent releases, so you validate results from the first weeks.
We use Spec-Driven Development with AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenCode) under quality gates: automated tests, coverage targets and CodeQL static analysis before every merge. Client data never trains models, and we work under NDA. In production we apply guardrails and sanitize LLM output.
